Introducing Oliver Johnson!

Our newest team member Oliver Johnson joined JDa in late 2019 as a Technologist and has supported several projects since joining the team.

Some of the projects Oliver has worked on so far include the Whistler Washroom Pavilions, Victoria Fire Hall No. 3 Maintenance Building, Thormanby Cabin, and Red Wagon Cafe.

Oliver completed his studies at BCIT in the spring of 2019 and spent the months before joining JDa working with a team to design and build a 1,200 sq. ft house on Hornby Island.

“It was a great experience to be able to participate in the design process from initial concept through to construction – I learned a lot,” said Oliver.

When he’s not in the office, Oliver enjoys spending his time reading, making things, and hiking around BC’s south coast.

Oliver recently started working on three new projects at JDa – Anmore Civic Building, Burnaby Fire Dispatch Centre relocation feasibility study, and the Burnaby Foreshore Park Community Washrooms.
