Feasibility Studies
Years of experience have provided our clients with added value decision making

Throughout our 43 years of business, we have completed numerous studies for various clients, which have focused on helping clients determine the future needs for their users. This often consists of a combination of formal needs assessment, creation of a functional program, establishment of sustainable objectives, reviewing existing building conditions, and examining the possibilities for site redevelopment. The creation of these reports provides each client with a touchstone for the User groups, Municipalities, and Council to add valuable assessments to future capital plans. JDa has successfully provided feasibility studies for protective services, such as firehalls and RCMP, and other institutional projects, such as washrooms, educational faculty buildings, acute services facilities, etc.
