JDa is proud to have completed the design and delivery of the Fraser Foreshore Park Washroom in Burnaby. This building was designed with a strong emphasis on durability, accessibility, and year-round functionality. Featuring  five, individual universal washrooms  and equipment storage garage for park maintenance, the design reflects community-focused, low-maintenance, and vandal-resistant strategies. Using simple, sustainable materials and universal design principles, the project supports long-term use while aligning with the City of Burnaby’s goals for inclusive and resilient civic infrastructure.
